COVID-19 PROTOCOL UPDATES

Dear Pet Parents,

As we continue to care for your pets during these unprecedented times, our number one priority is the safety of your pets, you, and the East Hills Veterinary family. We will continue to provide curbside services exclusively through May 3rd. However, we are very excited to announce that effective May 3rd, our office will be opening back up with the option to come in or continue to do curbside. We understand the need to be with your pets during your visit and we certainly miss seeing you as well over the past year.

For the foreseeable future, we are asking to please wear a mask when we approach your car, or you come in. We want to take every precaution to make sure you, your pets, and our team are safe so that we can stay open to care for your pets. Please join us in wearing a mask when one of our team members comes to retrieve your pet from your car or if you are in the hospital. If you choose to bring your pet into the hospital, we are limiting the number of people in the exam room to one person.

We have developed relationships with many of you over the years and we feel a deep responsibility to provide you with compassionate care for your pets so we would love to have you back in the building, we know that limiting person-to-person contact will reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure.

We will continue to reassess how to best operate during the pandemic as new information is made available and, in the meantime, we thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you all once again starting May 3rd.

We are here for you and your pets, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Your East Hills Veterinary Team
